Can’t get it out

The only problem which I had every time I tried to take the Megillah out of the case was that it gets stuck inside and only with great effort I’m able to get it out
The lip inside is preventing it from sliding out easily and only with a lot of manoeuvring I’m able to get it out it also causing a damage to the Megillah to get it out
